NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Hubbard Township Zoning Commission will conduct the

continuation of one PUBLIC HEARING in the Hubbard Township meeting room, 2600

Elmwood Drive Ext., S.E., Hubbard, Ohio, on Tuesday, August 19 2025 on the following:

Zoning Case 25-001 at 7:30 p.m.

Military Compatibility Area Overlay District regulations for Hubbard Township.

A copy of the above Zoning Case, with associated documents, is on display in the Hubbard

Township meeting room and may be examined during office hours. The PUBLIC HEARING

will be conducted under the authority granted the Zoning Commission in Section 519.12, of the Ohio Revised Code and a decision will be forwarded to the Hubbard Township Board of

Trustees.
