SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE The Hubbard Township Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will take place at the Hubbard Township Administration Building. The purpose of this meeting is to hold a special joint session with the Township Zoning Commission to discuss discrepancies and errors in the township zoning map.

A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Hubbard High School Auditorium regarding Zoning Resolution No. 26-004: Data Centers and Data Center Accessory Uses.

A Special Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 in the meeting room to discuss Zoning corrections/changes in the Township. There will be NO discussion on Data Centers at this meeting.

Regular Meeting is on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 6:30 PM.

Joint Meeting Notice Meeting Announcement: The Hubbard Township Board of Trustees will hold a Joint Session with the City of Hubbard on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the possibility of placing a 0.5-mill levy on the November 3, 2026, General Election ballot to provide funding for the operation, maintenance, and improvements of Hubbard Union Cemetery.
