NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Hubbard Township Board of Trustees will conduct one public hearing in the Hubbard Township meeting room, 2600 Elmwood Drive Ext, Hubbard, Ohio on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. on the following Zone Case:
Zoning Case 25-001 at 6:00 p.m.
An amendment to the township zoning resolution to include Military Compatibility Area Overlay District regulations for Hubbard Township
A copy of the above Zoning Case, with associated documents, is on display in the Hubbard Township meeting room and may be examined during office hours. The public hearing will be conducted under the authority granted the Board of Trustees in Section 519.12(E)(3)(c) of the Ohio Revised Code.
