NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Hubbard Township Zoning Commission will conduct two (2) PUBLIC HEARINGS in the Hubbard Township meeting room, 2600 Elmwood Drive Ext., S.E., Hubbard, Ohio, on Monday, January 26, 2026 on the following:

Zoning Case 25-003 at 7:15 p.m.

A change to update Section 1040 (Transient Vendors) of the resolution to comply with O.R.C. 505.94. Also to be added to Article II definitions is “GOOD.”

Zoning Case 25-004 at 7:30 p.m.

A proposed all-new text amendment to prohibit the establishment and operation of DATA CENTERS or similar uses within the limits of Hubbard Township, Ohio.  Also to be added to Article II definitions is “DATA CENTER.”  

A copy of the above Zoning Cases, with associated documents, is on display in the Hubbard Township meeting room and may be examined during office hours. The PUBLIC HEARINGS will be conducted under the authority granted the Zoning Commission in Section 519.12, of the Ohio Revised Code and a decision will be forwarded to the Hubbard Township Board of Trustees.
