NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Hubbard Township Zoning Commission will conduct one (1) PUBLIC HEARING in the Hubbard Township meeting room, 2600 Elmwood Drive Ext., S.E., Hubbard, Ohio, on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 on the following:

 

Zoning Case 26-002 at 7:15 p.m.

A zoning text amendment proposal to make additions and corrections to Section 1006 of the zoning Resolution.

 

A copy of the above Zoning Case, with associated documents, is on display in the Hubbard Township meeting room and may be examined during office hours. The PUBLIC HEARING will be conducted under the authority granted the Zoning Commission in Section 519.12, of the Ohio Revised Code and a decision will be forwarded to the Hubbard Township Board of Trustees.

Zoning Case 26-001 at 7:30 p.m.

A request by James A. and Kimberly A. Chaney to change the zoning classification of parcel 01-207863 at 5975 Youngstown-Hubbard Rd, Hubbard, OH. 44425, from R1-A (Low-Density Residential) to B-2 (Local Business).

 

A copy of the above Zoning Case, with associated documents, is on display in the Hubbard Township meeting room and may be examined during office hours. The PUBLIC HEARING will be conducted under the authority granted the Zoning Commission in Section 519.12, of the Ohio Revised Code and a decision will be forwarded to the Hubbard Township Board of Trustees.
