NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Hubbard Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct the following PUBLIC HEARINGS on Thursday, September 10, 2026. The hearings will be held in the Hubbard Township Meeting Room, 2600 Elmwood Drive Ext., SE., Hubbard Ohio:

                                      Zoning Appeals Case 26-498 at 7:15 p.m.

Brian Hardman, 1796 Kokomo Dr, would like to build an oversized garage with a height more than accepted by zoning. 

                                      Zoning Appeals Case 26-499 at 7:30 p.m.

William Shepard, 2024 Hubbard Thomas Rd, would like to build a 30x30 pole building in place of his old 24x24 garage. 

The Applications for the Appeals Cases stated above with associated drawings, are on display in the Hubbard Township Meeting Room and may be examined during office hours.  This Public Hearings will be conducted under the authority granted this Board in Section 519.14, Paragraph (C) of the Ohio Revised Code.
