Welcome to the Department, Part Time Officer Bill Ross

We would like to introduce our newest Part Time Officer, William Ross. Officer Ross comes to us as a retired 30+ year veteran in law enforcement. Officer Ross worked for our agency in the beginning of his career and moved to the Youngstown Police Department where he retired as a Lieutenant in charge of the Traffic Division. Officer Ross has a lengthy resume of accomplishments as he moved up from patrolman, Sergeant and onto Lieutenant. Officer Ross was assigned to the S.W.A.T. Team, certified Diver, Taser Instructor, Radar/LIDAR Instructor and many more accolades.
