Location: Hubbard Township Administration Building

The following Zoning Cases will be considered:

ZC 26-001 and ZC 26-002

• ZC 26-001

A request by James A. and Kimberly Chaney to change the zoning classification of Parcel No. 01-207863, located at 5975 Youngstown Hubbard Road., Hubbard, OH 44425. The requested change is from R1-A (Low Density Residential) to B-2 Local Business.

• ZC 26-002

A zoning text amendment proposal to make additions and corrections to Section 1006 (Schedule of District Regulations / Building Setback Lines) of the zoning Resolution.

The proposed zoning changes will be available for public examination in the lobby of the Hubbard Township Administration Building.
