NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Hubbard Township Zoning Commission will Conduct one (1) PUBLIC HEARING in the Hubbard Township meeting room, 2600 Elmwood Drive Ext., S.E., Hubbard, Ohio, on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 on the following:

Zoning Case 26-004 at 7:15 p.m.

A proposal for an all-new Article XX (Data Centers and Data Center Accessory Uses) and its various sections – and a definition - for inclusion in the township Resolution

A copy of the above Zoning Case, with associated documents, is on display in the Hubbard Township meeting room and may be examined during office hours. The PUBLIC HEARING will be conducted under the authority granted the Zoning Commission in Section 519.12, of the Ohio Revised Code and a decision will be forwarded to the Hubbard Township Board of Trustees.
